When you submit the founding waitlist form or newsletter form on this site, we collect:
- Name — first and last (waitlist only).

- Preferred membership tier — Base or Elite (waitlist only).
- Submission timestamp.
We do not collect payment information through this site. Payment information will be collected directly when you confirm your membership closer to the facility opening.
We may also collect basic technical information from your browser (IP address, device type, referring URL) through standard web server logs, used solely for security and aggregate analytics.
How We Use Your Information
- To reserve your founding membership spot and lock in your founding rate.
- To send you build updates, founding-member previews, and articles by email if you’ve opted in.
- To contact you with information relevant to your membership (start dates, location details, onboarding steps).
- To improve the content and structure of this website.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
How We Store Your Information
Form submissions are stored in a Google Sheets database connected via Google Apps Script. Access is limited to authorized TSE personnel. Industry-standard authentication and access controls apply.

- Request deletion of your personal information.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information — though we don’t sell or share it for profit in the first place.

Cookies and Tracking

Email Communications
If you join the founding waitlist or newsletter, you’re opting into email updates from TSE. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not affect transactional communications about your founding spot.
Children’s Privacy
This site and the founding membership are intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have done so inadvertently, please contact us so we can remove it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the business grows and our practices evolve. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Significant changes will be communicated to founding members directly.
